Walked a mile on the treadmill, and then worked out my arms and chest!!

 Yesterday was a busy day!  Got lots of walking in, with my regular 2 x 20 minute walks.  About 2 miles total.

My total step count was 13,470--whew!  That's the most I've done in quite awhile!

Went to the Gym, Walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill, worked out arms and abs on machines and light wieghts.  Did rowing machine and bike.  Got Great workout. 

Also.....danced by myself last night at the house.  Put on some old 70's music and danced up a storm.   It was fun.
