Went to the Gym, Walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill, worked out arms and abs on machines and light wieghts. Did rowing machine and bike. Got Great workout.
Also.....danced by myself last night at the house. Put on some old 70's music and danced up a storm. It was fun.
